surprise menu
Together with my team from Down Under, I am delighted to seduce underwater lovers with our new menu. Each course is entirely dedicated to the underwater theme, with unconventional dishes inspired by the season. A generous 5-course surprise menu with treasures from the sea to share is served. All dishes contain fish or seafood.
The dishes are surprisingly combined, some of them raw with international influences, fresh and light. The menu is accompanied by a suitable wine and can be rounded off with a hearty dessert.

As a family business, Bianchi has stood for the highest quality fish since 1881. They only work with selected partners and pay attention to short transport routes and sustainability.
The MAME Coffee in Seefeld Zurich is just the right size to offer our guests an intimate setting in a good location. Around 35 guests are welcomed each evening.
The Weingarage in District 6 offers a careful selection of biodynamic wine and natural wine.

The idea for the pop-up came about in 2022 during a short trip to Paris, when I explored the city's culinary offerings with two restaurateur friends. The menus served there, which simply presented fish and seafood on the plate in a new and uncomplicated way, inspired us so much that we brought this concept to Zurich.
This is how underwaterlove was created.
Since then, we have been serving a 5-course menu with fish and seafood on around 12 evenings each in spring and autumn.
